I'm almost 3 months post-op & started working out with a trainer. So needless to say I am sore, sore...Sore! My doctor told me NO ADVIL only tylenol for the rest of my life?? I just know that an anti-inflam would give me a little relief. He did mention that if I am taking the Prilosec daily then an advil every now & then would be OK. Any thoughts or advice on this. Thanks

Hey there!!! Just wanted to post that this has been the biggest blessing so far..I'm already down 12lbs in 7 days. So far my experience has been extremely easy with no complaints! I went back to work on day 5 & getting around so much better than I imagined!! I am back to my old routine of running kids to activities I just pack the water bottle & protein drink. Also my mom has been cooking me fresh broth and it's so comforting & delish!! It's easier to swallow then I thought too!!!

I'm now home one day after surgery & I'm noticing that whenever I swallow I can hear it going down. Sounds like a stomach growl but in my throat. If I start rubbing my chest it sounds like air pockets...anyone experience this? Also I have realized that If I take in liquid while sitting down it makes me want to vomit. So I've been standing up to drink and that seems better but other than that doing great!!!
