i had my heart set on band but changed my mind by chatting to everyone who as had the sleeve,im reading all the stories so interesting i havent been hospital yet so i dont know what to expect from now

You will find that almost everyone on here will more than willingly answer any questions you might have. I know that I have gathered up many tips to try along the way. I was petrified after surgery because I actually didn't chose the sleeve--was to have had the by pass, but my surgeon found a problem that would have required that the operation on the by pass move from laprascopic to open, and he didn't want to open me up...he gave me the sleeve and I think if I had to do it all over again, the sleeve would have been my choice. This site was a Godsend to me! Welcome again!
