Can i ask you for post op armlift tips? I go back to work waiting tables in less than 3 days and it will be 1 day short of 4weeks post op. at 2weeks my doc said i was doing great... he said If he didn't know better he would think i was 3weeks+ post op. My biggest thing i find is I can't fully stretch to say the top shelf. I do okay weight wise. At 3weeks I was going back home...luggin 2 roller luggage of 30ish lbs and a backpack carry on of 16lbs. I straight armed carried it...More likely to trip over the straps than hurt my arms but i did have to lift that sucker at TSA checkpoint...very weird lifting a backpack as one would lift a heavy box...low and lots of leg work any tips are much appreciated.

I too am from Montreal, hence the name How are you doing since the surgery? I have mine scheduled on April 5th and will need to make the go-no go decision next week. I am really worried and wondering if I'm doing the right thing.
