Getting back to a more active life.

Have been a custom home builder for about 40 years, retired 3 years ago at 69...Now because of economy having to start over again. I'm 272 and still active until just having a back operation this friday 3/22/13 that should get rid of back pain..
After that I'm going to have the sleeve for better health ie: diabetes, energy, heart, etc. Have to find doc who take Medicare. Most all og docs I have talked to don't have an issue with my age.
