Sorry the last message was so short... I was under the influence of liquid painkillers....I am feeling definitely better today and back at work 1/2 day today. Keeping all fluids down and getting most of my 64 ounces in, trying to get all protein in...thanks again for your prayers and well wishes as I am sure I needed them a few of those days for sure!

I went to Panorama City for the Options classes. I am having my surgery tomorrow morning at Kaiser West Los Angeles. It only took a few weeks after classes were over to get another appt w/ the bariatric doctor for final clearance. I would highly recommend you do their food journals EVERY week and turn them in before class is over; you need 11 weeks worth of journals and say if you don't turn 3 in, you wait 3 weeks longer until you do them. If it takes you 3 months to get them in, they will wait. It's a good class. I went to the orientation at the beginning of last year and didn't start Options right away. I had to adjust my work schedule to be able to leave every Friday 1/2 day but it was worth it. I don't mind it took me so long to get it all taken care of. It was not an overnight decision. I am totally ready for tomorrow morning.
