    hello there , near goal already??? wow , well done. Im good , lost over 3 stone since op and Im feeling good. Have a bit more to loose but they are pleased with me at the hope. I have to remember to eat slowly too not been sick though. Keep in touch x
  2. Hi jen sounds like you are progressing well aswell, its a great feeling. I feel like I am ready for mush but I guess i should wait to be on the safe side. Who would have thought you could drool over mushed veg lol. I feel like I have so much energy, i have even been to the gym today. I bet now you can see you are lossing weight you are made up, to be honest I think I will try to keep off the scales because i was jumping 4 times a days last week lol. I dont know what I expected. keep me updated on how you are getting on,

    HI Steve , sounds you are doing well. I was /am getting fed up of soup , think I am going to look like a can of soup and thats not the look I was going for! I get to start mush tomorrow...yeah !! bring on the mash ! My tum rumbles alsp , especially after milk products. I dont have scales so I dont know how much I have lost but I can see it in my face , I have lost a few chins....keep in touch...jen x

    hello steve , how is it going for you ? I am at the 3 week mark tomorrow , cant wait to eat mash potatoe !!! The hospital were great , couldnt fault the nurses care. I have my next appointment at hope on the 15th March. x
  5. Well to be honest I have only started today and Im sulking already lol. I hate being on a diet. I will stick at now though for the week. Not looking forward to the opperation but I know in about 3 months time I will so glad I did.
    So how did your opp go, were you impressed with the hospital and Mt Ammori. Is the first week as bad as it sounds?

Biography:
I will soon be 48 years old and I have promised myself that I will do a parachute jump before I’m 50. My problem is I am not tall enough. At 20 stone I need to be 13ft 10 !! Being just 5ft 10 I need to lose 5 stone to achieve my dream.
I am blessed with the love of good women. My wife is my rock and she gives all the support in the world.
My whole family have been very supportive to with my weight loss plans. I have put on weight slowly over the years and I am worried about effects of this as I get older.
So this is it for me, time to change my life!!
