How are you doing? My flight home sucked, but getting to kiss my sleeping baby was so worth the 14hour trip home! I drank a slim fast today and had no negative reaction, yippee!! I'm going to try to get another one into me before bed, they have 14g of protein, I really want milk, but I'm a bit scared....tomorrow I absolutely need to pick up some drinkable yogart. Hope all is well with you!

I am also in SA an I was looking for support in this big city. I have my surgery just a couple of days before you! I sent you a friends request.
