iam from Newcastle, i can see you are due to have your sleeve on the 1 december, wow not long now for you to weight, iam currently (as of tommorrow) starting on my 3rd week of the opti fast diet and wow it has been a struggle, but in saying that i have the big picture at the end to concertrate on (the opt) i have also given up diet coke (14 days now, no diet coke) that has been hard as well but iam going well now, would like to keep in tough
