    Thank you! I am so glad the videos help...that was my intention because so many others had inspired me! I also like looking back at where I was...it now cracks me up that I could get so excited about being in the 220's! I can't wait to be to goal! Best of luck to you...you WILL get there! Weekly Weigh In - Post Op week 1

I got sleeved on the 23rd and the first two days was very painful but since then things are getting better and better.

So today was the day for weigh in and i was very nervous but apparently for nothing because i lost 10 lbs!! I still can't believe it.
