Hi Michelle, I am doing Fantastic, I have had no issues at all and I can say I feel like I am back to normal without the eating of course. I am dropping at an average of 1.5 lbs a day. pretty much have stuck to post op liquids with exception of a couple of spoons of noodles today that I included in my broth. How are you doing?

HI Congrats on your recent sleeve, but I especially want to say good job on giving up the tobacco years ago! That's bad stuff. Hang in there, every week you'll be able to add new foods and before you know it you will be eating "normal" food, just not a whole lot of it.

Thanks Michelle , I am sure I will feel better about this as the swelling on my new stomach goes down but OMG i just drank some water and it was cold , I felt it as it traveled every inch on my new tummy. I am walking all over the neighborhood so that is one good thing is walking dont bother bother me at all once I get up and take those first 3 or four steps.Thanks again for the warm welcome and looking forward to this new journey

Thank You All! second full day since surgery, not felling too bad, 1/4 of my first shake down , must admit my good ole strong coffee would be better. Not that I drank it that much but I did like a few cups in the morning. ol well cant dwell on the past. let focus on future, how in the hell do you get this shake down? i can drink it I am just scared of the gas afterwards. my throat has done things never done before trying to expel this gas. good thing is I am not hungry. just wanted to say I am Back. missed you You All!
