Longtime sleevers

Soooo i just had this strange dream about me about to get sleeve. I was in fear casue I was about to be sleeved and ppl said in my dream dont do cause the staples inside you will rust and tear ur stomachI have never even thought of nothing like this!!!! My question is can thid really happen? Who has had the sleeve for 5years or more and whats ur experience?
To much protein

I was just looking up some different protein shakes and going also by the nutrients in them and so forth. I did fine one that sounded like it would be great and that was isopure....however it has 50g per serving so my question is what happens if you intake to much protein? Is it a bad or good thing?
