I'm doing protein shakes for breakfast and lunch; then, clear or creamed soups for dinner. If I am feeling hungry, I drink some broth. Plus lots of water and propel zero. Found the Mirolax on clearance for $4 at Publix and I was told last time that I had surgery that it was the best OTC, so, I decided to get it. (not sure why it was on clearance b/c it doesn't expire for 2 years.)

YES!! I am super excited. I think that our pantry is finalized, won't need to go grocery shopping until about 3 weeks post-op. (Well, for my food. For the kids, that will be a different story. Don't think that they will like my diet. LOL!) I started my liquid diet on Monday but really don't have to until Saturday. Figured that there was really no reason why I shouldn't start. Have my mirolax ready for Saturday morning.

Hubby is coming w/me too. Sometimes, if there is room at the Recovery house, married couples get to stay there too. That's why they don't want you getting reservations until post-op. Hopefully, you and I will get to meet! Good Luck on your travel and surgery!

Hey we are on the same day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me a little about you where are you from. I am from BC, Canada. I am flying in and out of Tijuana just cause it is the same price as flying to San Diego and getting a hotel. I am actually going down alone.
