Family & friends,
Today I had my 3rd month check up. Doctor said everything looks
to be healing good. Changing my diet a little bit. Working on
getting more liquids down.
Here we go …LOL… down 53lbs since surgery !
5 Weeks Out Update !

Hello everyone,
I can't believe its been 5 weeks already. Today I went back to the doctor for my 1st month check up. Dr Barker gave a very report. He said everything healing very well. The swelling has gone down real good. But most all he said my weight was the best. I have lost 28 lbs since surgey. He also put me on a 800 to 1000 calories diet. Im still trying to figure out how to eat 800 calories when I can only get a few bites in. Dr Barker would like to see me lose at least 25 lbs.
3 weeks out Gas is really bad ??

Hello everyone. ok im 3 weeks out now im having a real bad attack with gas. the pain this so bad. It seem to be worst now. I walk 1 to 2 miles at least 4 days a week. the rest of the time i do on trendmill. I can feel the gas moving. I double over with it. I have been thinking I might have something wrong. but once the gas pastes im ok. other then been sore. I go back to the doctor on the 20th. Im down 20lbs since surgery. i keep telling myself its becasue Im shrinking on the inside as well as
Updated Week after Surgery

I would like to share whats going on with me. I had the sleeve done 12/14. Today was my follow and get my staples out. My pre op weight was 305, surgery day was 294, today im down to 280 in the first week after I have lost 14 lbs. I cant believe it! The doctor said everything is going fine. Just stick with the diet and make sure I take all the vitamins require.
Trouble Drinking ! Maybe this will help.

Im fine myself not drinking enought. I would go a hour or longer before I drank. Thats not good.
So I went out and bought a timer. I set it for 15 minutes this way I no Im drinking every 15 minutes. My co workers are getting use to it. long as I even take it my truck if I need to be on the road more then few minutes. I plan on use this as long as I need to.
Next I had trouble of taking a drink and it was causing air or gas and hurt like h..l. Made me sick to my stomach. I tried
