I am sorry I have not been on here for a while. I am doing well. I am doing a 5k in December Dirty Girl Mud Run. Super excited!!! I totally understand that falling back into old habits, I have been doing the same esp. with Halloween and all the candy. I hope you have found the motivation you need to get back on track, the compliments always help me out. If it helps any I am at 63 on 9 months, I am hoping to lose another 30lbs by dec. But dont see that happening. Dr. said that I am doing good where women my height, and age should more or less be. Keep a positive attitude and things will pick up. Any way hang in there you are gonna get there. : 0 )

HI! I am doing well thank you for checking on me. I am done about 70 lbs haven't gotten on the scale in a while & still have about 40 lbs to meet my goal and I have haven't gotten on the scale in awhile. I have started running and will be doing a 5k in dec. excited about that. How about you how are you doing? You loving your sleeve because I am. If I dont loose anymore weight I will be happy staying at the weight I am now. (177)

Hey Good luck on your big day tomorrow! All is going to be great. My weight is coming off slowly but surely. It was the best choice I have ever made for myself. The first few days are a littel rough but once you get past those it awesome. I think my favorite is that like i said slowly the weight comes off and people notice the change and I just tell them working out and eating smaller portions. hehehs im not lying to them that way.
