I am absolutely thrilled with how far I have come! I still have these pesky 25 lbs, that are not budging! I have started a completely clean eating regimen that has helped with 6 lbs. I do have a weakness for chocolate (especially during certain times of the month) and love my frappe. I have went a week without either! I am so close to goal, that I am going to hold strong and stay with this clean eating challenge. I am signed up for a 5k that is in late April, and I have even got my kiddos involved.

So, I swore that when I got under 200lbs I would celebrate. In my old life, I would have celebrated a weight loss goal by splurging on a fattening food... yea that made complete sense! Talk about self-sabotage.. lol But now, I found a new way. I bought a new dress-okay 3- to show off my accomplishment, and had a small cup of frozen greek yogurt instead! I love my sleeve! First dress in forever, that has a zipper instead of elastic. Not to mention, isn't a maxi-I have knees showing?!? LOL

So, I have been introduced to one of the best apps I have ever used. It calculates absolutely EVERYTHING. It is called Lose it!, and it is free on the market, and it is also on facebook. It keeps track of my protein, sugar, carbs, etc. It has a built in barcode reader, so if you can't find the particular food, you can just scan it, and the complete nutrition values come up. It tells me how many calories I have burned, consumed, and/or have left to maximize my weight loss
