So, i had a HUGE stall..... I didnt lose but 4 lbs in 4 weeks. I was getting very down about it, even though logically I KNEW I had to start losing at some point. I went to the Dr on the 14th, and since then, I have lost 4 more lbs. FINALLY!
So the word is.....DONT GET DISCOURAGED! I will work on posting a new picture this week. The one on my profile no longer is applicable!

So today is 2 weeks out. I have lost 11 lbs and holding. I think my body is going into starvation mode. I will ride it out. I know that I HAVE to start losing when all Im eating is 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 scrambled egg, cup hot chocolate with milk, and 1/4 tuna for dinner......it really HAS to come off. Losing some hair now also, but again, I think my body is in shock. Im not gonna sweat it. Ive been chewing my vitamins and trying to drink my water. How is there enough time to drink and eat and

Mainly sticking to cottage cheese and tuna fish. Great sources of protein. Not worried about using the 2 tablespoons of

So, at first I was VERY uncomfortable. I didnt much leave the bed for the first 3 days i was home. Honestly I was exhausted. I started with liquids. Soups and popsicles. I couldnt stand the thought of chicken soup. After the 6th day home, i started on pureed chicken and mashed potatos. Couldnt handle the chicken. Net day i made chili. THAT was wonderful. Today i tried tuna fish. That was also good. Pretty much morning are cottage cheese or and egg. Lunch is cottage cheese, or soup. Protein shake
