4 months & 6 days ago I had the Sleeve and have lost a total of 70 lbs!!!!!

Officially onto pureed foods now, (into week 4 post op, but started week 2 of pureed foods on Thursday), but finding it a bit hard to take as it tends to "lodge". Find I am better having something like some fish and chewing it really well, but even that has its days.
Thought I had it down pat yesterday, then went out for dinner tonight and feel like a really good "chuck-up" would do me the world of good...all I had was a kids' serve of fish (batter removed) and left the chips and salad. This is now a typical meal for me when we go out.
Solids officially start this coming Thursday, but don't know if I'm altogether ready for that either.
I notice that the American sleevers are more focused on getting their protein act together than us Aussies seem to be...maybe we are too, but it doesn't seem to be all that emphasised. In my eating plan it just tells me that a protein portion = so many grams of the things listed, and that we should have 2 serves/day, but I have tended to go back onto my protein shakes when I'm at home and/or not too fussed about having something chewable as at least I can be guaranteed of 20 or so grams of protein, as opposed to anything up to 11 with what I've been having.
