    Thanks Gigi!! It has been a long haul and I am maintaining things now. Have to still eat carefully or I do gain a little back here and there.. but nothing AT ALL like it was. I was wearing a size 38/U.S. and now I am in a 13/14... with skin off I am calculating I will be at least a 10. But that is not super important to me right now.

I have the biology of a heavy person. Genetics that would last me through the Ice Age. I just couldn't lose weight, no matter how much I exercised or how little i ate. I finally peaked at 400 lbs and after 5 years of research and looking, I found my doctor and it was the right time to get it done.
