    Hello all,
    I am schedule for surgery July 17th. I begin my diet tomorrow. I have been preparing for this for a few months now. It is beginning to sink in. I am nervous, anxious and confused all together. I am worried how my body will adjust after. How will I just to a new lifestyle.
