Hope for the future

Today I received the news I have waited to hear for what feels most of my adult life.
I was a plump child and moderately sized adolescent and had a good figure in my early twenties. Then weight became more of an issue.
As the years have gone by my Wight has rocketed. I have tried Slimming World, Weight Watchers, prescription dietary pills - all were short term answers and I would put any lost weight back on and more besides.
