    Hello, We had the same surgery date so i thought I would check in and see how you are doing. Hope you're doing well. I'm working diligantly on my nutrition this week trying to get in all my protein. Kind of hard, but I'm doing the best I can. Water too - getting about 50-60 oz daily. Not easy. Well, let me know how it's going.
