Welcome to the board and congratulations on your decision to have the gastric sleeve.

Due to insurance reasons, I couldn't get a sleeve, but I got Banded instead. I don't feel sad, just happy that I will still lose my weight. Just not so fast, and that is just fine with me. I will continue to follow my sleeved friends on this site. You are all so wonderful that I can't give you up! I love you all and wish you the very best this world has to offer. Chris

did you have to quit your vitamins 2 weeks before surgery i am getting so nervious excited to can't wait till its over nice to hear from you where is your surgery?

Chris--I tried to call you back---You will do fine with your surgery---YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I have total faith that God has placed you right where you are supposed to be. Maybe what you are feeling is something that you will be able to share with someone else who has the same feelings before their surgery. Remember that you are not doing this alone---we are all here for you. Never forget that God does not make junk and he wants us to be happy. Hi sorry so late in returning your message. I am still learning how to get around this site. So far in getting ready for my surgery I have been LIVING on the computer. I thought that I had done a lot of research before--it is now become an obsession!!!!! There is so much help and experience here---we are blessed to be a part of it. Talk to you later---Connie
