Well, I'm up early and getting ready to head to the city for my 2 week post op. I have mixed emotions and a ton of questions. I'm trying to make notes of everything, so I don't forget to ask. This place has been a true life line the last 2 weeks and I could never say thank you enough. I will up date when I get back.

I don't know if it's everything hitting me at once or just a side effect of the surgery but wow I'm feeling over whelmed and beat up. Had surgery, then constipated, started my period and now have a UTI from the catheter. Feeling sick every time I have to do my blood thinner shots or get my crushed medications & vitamins down. I feel faint when I walk, when I eat, wake up or go to sleep, then I sweat and spin getting so dizzy. Is this a normal part of the journey?????

This is so far from a "normal" cycle that I really don't know what to make of it or if I should be worried???? Sorry again, I know this isn't the best subject.........

The only real problem I'm running into so far it that I'm REALLY not hungry, except for only a few times now. I know that's what the surgery is suppose to do but it's hard to meet my water and protein intake when I'm having to force myself. It's not pain full unless I take too big of a drink or bite. I don't know if it makes a difference that I was fast tracked into surgery and only had just under 2 weeks on the pre-op diet but I didn't experience the starving that I've read so much about. Don't
