Please dont beat yourself up! Humans make mistakes and poor choices sometimes. Just start logging your intake, get your liquids and protein in and just make baby changes everyday. Dont let the negative talk from the dr or anyone make you feel bad. You are not a failure! You have had a minor set back. You did not go through the surgery to fail! You got this:-)

I feel so bad for you. To be frustrated to gain back weight you worked so hard to lose. And to feel judged and unsupported on top of that! I do not think you need to wait for rock bottom again.. It will be too late at that point. Maybe you can see a therapist.. Do you workout? a personal trainer could help. I know how it feels to be unmotivated... But you just HAVE to do it. Start cutting back on your carbs.. Don't be too hard on yourself. You can maintain. 22 lbs is nothing compared to 100 or 150 if you don't get it under control now.

Well I'm glad the pain is minimal. I'm taking two weeks after my surgery to sit still and hopefully heal up. I'm going to Mexico. My job wont cover it so I'm going where I can afford it. I'm on verticalsleevetalk as well. Ill look for you there. Take it easy. Feel better.
