I'm successfully fighting the urge to have one last run at the things I won't be able to eat after the surgery but I guess I'm surprised at how strong those urges are. I'm determined to lose as much weight as possible before surgery and not to give them a reason to turn me away so I think I'll be fine, I just didn't expect to have spend so much effort to fight it.
