    We are back home after a terrific month in Florida. I had no scale so just hoped for the best. Went to the Y yesterday and, with great trepidation, stepped gingerly on the scale. I was 205 when I left so I started with the weight on 200. Nope! Had to slide it to 150 and work up. Turned out to be 188. Not as great as I'd hoped but at least headed in the right direction.
