Hi! I was sleeved 12/30. Saw your post about stalling, I was stalling too...I say was becasue I stepped on the scale this am and I am down 5lbs since last Tuesday. I was 213 for two weeks, very discouraging. I was having a hard time getting in 64oz but the past few days I got the 64oz and all my protien and my stall has broken. Hopefully for good.

Hi. We are just days away from our surgery and I am so excited. I cannot believe I had the willpower to attend our Big New Years get together with my husbands extended familly and I did not even try a bite of
anything. There was so much food there and I just kept myself busy in the kitchen and let everyone else eat. I ate jello and my protein shakes and had a bit of chicken breast when I got home for my evening protein. What time does your flight come in? I am arriving at around lunch time and will be on the 3 oclock bus I guess. Good luck with the last few days of the preop diet. I look forward to meeting you and becoming friends. So excited to see everyone! Yep day 3, I have a question though. The call center girls said we had to have protien shakes for breakfast a nd lunch then a bite of chicken or something for dinner is this right?

Yes, I'm beyond ready! I'm on day 2 of the diet, not as bad as I thought it would be. Hardest part is still having to cook for my husband, but I easily get over it by looking at all of these amazing before and after pictures. Good luck on your pre-op as well. See you in TJ!

Yes, I just found out the due to a fire at the other hotel (Hotel Ticuan) we will niw stay at Hotel Real Del Rio- TJ. I looked online and it looks nice. How are you do I g in prepping for this? We leave in three days and am nervous and excited!

have a question, are you going to be staying at Hotel Real Del Rio in Tijuana when you have your surgery? I booked mine for Feb 2015 and wanted to make sure I had the right recommendation.
