- I had the sleeve but it went slow. I have now had gastric bypass April 2017 it has taken me this long to get to 99 pound loss ... a little over 3 years
I feel at a stand still now for sure ..... I know I over eat so I need to get that under control

Hi I am new to this site. I just wondering how others feel I feel like I have not lost that much and I have zero energy. Any advice would be great. Also not sure what to eat and what not to do.
