I am having a hard time with my weight loss/in the Regain Club

I have been sleeved since August 2014 and have loss weight but I have gained a lot of it back and I don't know what to do. My doctors keep changing my medications but they every medications that I take has a side effect of weight gain. I do not pay attention like I should when it comes to eating. I will get up in the morning and have a protein shake but then an hour or two later I am hungry again. Does anyone have a time/schedule of when they eat and what they eat? I need to figure out what other
