Thanksgiving

I got thru Thanksgiving ok, but did not do so well tonight. I had 2 small pieces of pie- one was homemade sugar free apple pie and the other was coconut custard. Now I feel like crap- think I am going to throw up!"! I' m 8 wks post op and down 37 lbs.
I have to get back on track tomorrow- too much at risk to eat thast stuffˇ!!""
Any suggestions how to get past this.?????
