My initial goal was to lose 90 pounds...
For about the past two weeks I have been staying steady at 98-99 pounds loss from my beginning weight. Yep, nearly 10 pounds over my goal weight.
Sleeping better than I have in years. More energy than I have had in years.
Gone down 8 inches in my waist size on my jeans. Who woulda thought last August when I made the trip to Mexico that I would be where I am this soon.

I have been traveling a lot this year so far. 1 week on the road working in Oregon, 1 week in Philadelphia & 1 week in Nashville and not doing much more than sitting in meeting after meeting.
I got to 176lbs and been staying 176lbs - 177lbs for a few weeks. I started back to exercising and my regular routine yesterday and looking to lose a few more pounds by the end of February. Would be amazing to hit the 100lb loss mark by my B-Day at the end of February.

Wild Ride over the past 6 months... but it has all been worth it!
I wanted to go from 270lbs to 180lbs and (with the assistance of my new pouch that is only 20% of my old stomach) I was able to reach this goal.
Now... I am changing my goals to take off 10lbs more.

She took me to x-ray, put me on the patient scale and loaded lead gown after lead gown on me until I was carrying nearly 90lbs of lead gowns. I could barley stand up.... felt like the weight of the world was on me!
I bought two 40lb sacks of dog food yesterday and carried them in from the car - one on each shoulder. Wow those were heavy!!! Who

Been a long time since I have posted anything... but, here goes.
My journey started in July 2014 with walking, diet and better life choices. My surgery was in August 2014 and my September... well, it pretty much sucked!
Now, down from 270lbs to 182lbs as of this morning! Still walking, still trying to make better life choices. My weight loss goal was to be 180lbs by my birthday at the end of February. Now, I am revising that to a goal weight of 175lbs,
