I had my sleeve on June 12th and I am down 52 pounds since I started pre-op on May 29th. This had been the hardest but most rewarding thing I have ever done. The first few weeks I was miserable but it has gotten SO much easier. I've thrown up quite a few time when things don't sit well but I know once I swallow if it is gonna come back up or not. I'm really struggling with my vitamins since they make me gag and dry heave every time I take them but I've been putting them in my morning smoothie.

I'm having a breakdown. Wondering why I did this to myself. I'm only 3 days out. Food was my go-to. It was my friend. My life revolved around eating. Now I can't have it. I'm only 20. I'll never like the way I look so whats the damn point. I'm being weak and I don't know how to be strong. Please tell me it gets better.

It's day 3 after my surgery and I'm feeling pretty good. I've been keeping up with my pain meds, but today was the first day I felt hungry. Like really hungry. My mind wants to eat like I used to which is pretty frustrating. My head is making me think I want a footlong sub and chips....
