we are about the same size with an age difference, I wasn't sure and felt a little crazy for thinking that I couldn't do it on my own, ever have those thoughts? What if I only lose 20 lbs? I have been at least 30 lbs overweight since I was in my 30's and that has been 30 years ago. Every year I just inch up more, hoping this heads me back in the right direction!
