Hey I spoke with the nutritionist at the doctor's office and she said the support group is still going on. It's the last Wednesday of each month. Also thanks for the encouragement!

Hi PR8R - do you track your food? I've been using My fitness pal since the surgery. Not sure if it's helping. This week I lost 1.2 lbs after adding more calories like the doctor told me to. She said I need at least 1000 per day to lose weight, especially since I'm exercising. I feel like I can't get this thing right! In my head I need to lose 2 lbs a week to feel like having 85% of my stomach removed was worth it. Just chewing your ear off a little here. Hope all is well with you.
