Happy one monthaversary!to you also :-) Are you doing well? Are you still gett nauseated? (that part has subsited for the most part for me)

I cannot complain, except for wishing the loss was a little more... but I will take what I can get. I am down, 25 lbs as of this morning. I am back to work and all I am waiting on now is to be released to do more than walking for exercise.

Sorry to hear you were in the hospital a few extra days. The nausea was no joke for me either. I have not had too much trouble getting in the protien, but I have found it in odd places... I feel like everything we are allowed or is "safe" seems sweet and all I want is savory...I have added protien powder (no flavor) to soup... If broth is getting old, try a can of veggie soup or southwester and strain it after it is heated... Cottage cheese has protein and yougurt (especally greek) dont forget to count those in with your daily shake. And if you are not meeting it now... just keep trying to do more each day.
I am glad you are home, and get rest while you can. I have already gone back to work. But I really had very little pain and I push a pencil for a living, so no lifting at all. Keep me posted on how you are feeling and if those suggestions on the protein help.
