    I haven't picked a surgeon yet, as I'm still struggling with insurance. It is not looking good, but according to Mark, they may be offering an outpatient sleeve soon. It will be about $16000 self pay. I am actually and seriously considering Dr. Alvarez in mexico. I love Rogue Regency (it's where I had my last two kids with Dr. Binette) but that is a lot of money!!
