So how do start. Guess I have to go back to childhood and the parents and grandparents who never let you leave the table until your plate was cleaned. My weight has always went up and down but I always played sports especially football until I was 24 and suffered a career ending knee injury and that's when it really got bad. By that time I had one child and married well let's just say a not so nice women and wow how that knocks a guy down a peg. That's when the weight gain started 175lbs looking
