This is being written from a 4 1/2 week post-op prospective. Does the amount of food you can eat increase over time after having the sleeve?

I am having a hard time getting all this protein in. Not to mention that 64 oz of fluid!
It really is a job to get both the fluids and the protein in. I bought the whey protein shots and I try to do them, but they are just so damn nasty and I can only get about half of one in at a time. My instinct is to just down the nasty thing real quick, but my sleeve says no, no , no.

I started my journey to mexico simply by requesting information on the Mexico Bariatric Center website. I got an email within a day from a patient coordinator named Cindy. She answered any questions that I had and then she emailed me forms, that get sent to the doctors, to see if I am a good candidate for the surgery. I was able to submit the forms electronically.
