    I hope you can proceed to surgery quickly - the sooner the better. The 'before surgery' time is the very worst time filled with concern and doubt. I'm so glad you have found this support group nice and early (I didn't find it until several weeks post surgery) and can soak up all the support and encouragement it provides. Cheers from Susan x

Hello All, I am wondering has anyway used a girdle, corset, vest or wait cincher since surgery. What have been the best brands and was this effective to get the waist down? How long after surgery did you start using this method?

Small children

Hello all,

I have had my surgery yet but I was wondering has anyone had issues with their small children bumping you around or on your incisions just after surgery? I have a very active two year old and I fear that he will lay on my stomach or attempt playing with me and hurt me in some way, has anyone had any experience with this?
