HI there, hope things are still going well for you! I haven't been on here in a while so thought I would check in.

I'm glad you had a good experience. I am doing good. I am 7 weeks out (I think, lol) and down right at 50lbs (including preop weight loss). Feeling better and down a pants size (actually 1.5 pants sizes, just if they sold half sizes, lol). I honestly haven't tracked my calories and things but need to. Been doing pretty good though.

How did surgery go? How are you feeling? Hope things went well for you!

Hey, almost 2 weeks now! How are you feeling? I'm doing ok, up and able to run some errands. Lost 20 lbs! Looking forward to the next 20lbs! Lol

Hi there, DuPaul was a great place to have the surgery. The nurses were awesome. One of them had the same surgery a year before me. She had a lot of good information. I am doing good. Struggling to get my protein in. I just don't feel hungry so I have to keep reminding myself that I need to eat. The surgery itself wasn't too bad. I was really nautious (spelled that wrong lol) after it so they had to give me meds and a patch behind my ear. After that it was a LOT better. I got up and walked around a bit in the evening. I didn't have much pain. I struggled to get the fluids in so they made me stay 2 nights. If you want to go home the next day Drink your fluids! hahahaha Overall it was a good experience there.
