I have been having a really tough time lately. All I want to do is eat, I think it is because I have been a little depressed and having some regrets about the surgery. I am having body image issues, I just don't like what I see in the mirror even more so than presurgery. Plus, a lot of stress is making things worse. I just don't feel happy and there is no real reason why.There are a lot of points during the week that I am on verge of tears and don't know why. I'm frustrated because my brain just doesn't seem to work right most days. It makes me wonder if it is related to the weightloss. Has any one else experienced this post surgery. (1yr+ postop) Please help.
