Depression and no desire to workout

Hello fellow Sleevers..... I'm just about 7 months out and down 70 pounds. I started in a size 20, I'm currently in a loose 14. The weight loss has slowed down, but I'm still moving right along. I still struggle with getting my water and protein in daily. When depressed, I struggle to eat anything!!! I'm so over this stage!!!😭 I'm 20 pounds from my goal. Not sure how to motivate myself to workout......HELP!!!!!

Moving right along, I'm almost 6 months out and 25 pound from my goal!!! Feeling good and looking good!!
2weeks sleeved tomorrow

Well it will 2 weeks tomorrow since I had my surgery. I was 250 at my last Doctors appt, 246.6 the morning if surgery and 231 this morning. I'm one of the lucky one....I've had no nausea,and everything goes down and stays down. gas pains are gone and the only issue I have is pain where my biggest incision is!!! Other than that my body feels normal!!! MY BIGGEST ISSUE IS HEAD HUNGER!!!! Wow!!! This is crazy!!! What I would not do for a bacon cheese burger with extra greasing dripping from it, some
