Exercise

I'm two and a half weeks out from my sleeve surgery. I know I'm supposed to be walking every day but I don't seem to find the motivation. Does it come later as I get thinner and lighter or should I spend the money on a trainer to obligate me even when I'm too tired? Has anybody been in this situation?
