I am staring my two week pre-op diet on monday but am already cutting back on portion size etc. I know the next few weeks will be challenging but your great news gives me encouragement. I am glad that I am finally in the countdown to surgery ... I just want to get on with it.

Great to hear from you and I am so glad that you are doing well - 7 days post op!! I hope your hand heals. It's a relief to hear from someone who has met the surgeon and been through the process - there is so much unknown when going down this road of "out of country surgery". Are you home yet?

How are you doing? I am glad to see that everything has turned out perfect for you! I will be having the sleeve done by Dr. Lopez on November 4. I am looking forward to getting the surgery but nervous too. How was your experience at Mi Doctor Hospital? One of my worries is the short recovery time before I have to get on a plane and fly home so anything you have to share about your experience would be appreciated. I hope we can stay in touch.
