My first goal was to reach 100 pounds lost by the last day of school. May 23 is the last day of school and I met my goal early! Woohoo!

Hi everyone.
My surgeon said something that concerned me. He said something about not losing weight more than a year out from surgery. This really concerns me. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I'm just over 6 months out from surgery. Will my weight loss stop after a year? It would be devastating to me if I've had this surgery and I'm still fat because my weight loss stops.
Has anyone lost weight after a year?

Hi everyone,
I know I haven't posted in awhile, but I've been busy finishing my Masters degree. Anyway, I was wondering if your surgeon/nutritionist severely restricts your carb intake. Mine wants us to consume less than 20 carbs a day. I was doing well with that, but I occasionally allow myself a low-carb tortilla, a few bites of potatoes, or something similar.
