Thank God I started out with a lot of hair because I have been losing it for 2 months now! I am taking biotin and all the other supplements as well as getting in all the protein but was wondering if any of you have tried a shampoo or anything else to help with the hair loss and actually found it to help?? I didn't lose any weight this week I was hoping to avoid a stall but it seems to have found me. I am trying not to be discouraged but I just want to keep losing the weight! It helps to have read other posts and to know this is normal but it is discouraging. I am going to try and increase my protein and water intake and see if that helps! I guess it also helps that my nutritionist expected a stall and said that it would be my bodies way of helping me not lose my hair considering I am one month

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem... Just after surgery I was taking the gummie vitamins but now that I am a month out I was able to switch to the normal pill form. It has only been two days and every time I take the multivitamin I get nauseous and almost vomit. Never had this problem with the gummies so I guess I will be going back to them!
