Hello Ladyjo - you left a msg for me waaaaaay back that I somehow missed. It was just after introducing myself to this group. Yes I'm doing fine. Found the way to kick-start my body was to get a personal trainer. It certainly shifted my body from stall to eating fat! Exercise is largely resistance work and my body has wondered what hit it. I tended to be a bit of a 'couch potato'. However all good my weight loss so far is predominantly fat loss so that is good. Hope you are doing fine and finding ways to cope with the massive physical and emotional changes. Cheers, Susan
