I am awesome.No proble s with surgery. Loving life and what I can do now.How has your life been?

I'm almost at my weight goal I have 8lbs more , I was also thinking about the mommy make over to get everything back in place lol !! Keep me updated if you go, Im a little scare but I want to get it done.

Doing good, everyday that passes seems to get better, wow girl you can start seeing the differences in your pictures, you look good.

I am great. A little bored with food or lack of food choices. Otherwise I have lost 15 pounds since surgery. Keep in touch. Hope all is well with you too.

Your date is getting closer are you excited, have you started your pre-op diet before surgery.

Thanks for your message. I'm doing really well, thanks. Tomorrow I'll be 14 days post-op. Even though I'd been thinking about having surgery for years there was only 3 weeks between deciding to go for it and having the op so when the day came I was really nervous and kept thinking "why can't I just do a diet?!", "what if I regret it?". Immediately after surgery, when I was sore and uncomfortable, I did wonder if I'd done the right thing and at times find myself half-expecting to waken up from a dream and start to put weight on again. But, the niggly voices in my head telling me this is going to fail just the same way as the various diets I tried over the years did are quickly getting drowned out by the sheer excitement of what lies ahead - being able to wear clothes I like not just ones that fit, being able to hold my head up high when I'm out, having energy, feeling healthy and feeling like I fit in more than I have done for years.
I don't regret my decision to have the op at all - I just wish if done it years ago. I've lost 19lbs since starting the pre-op diet 4 weeks ago and that is more than I've ever lost on any diet so I'm thrilled already!!
How are you getting on? How long until you start your pre-op diet? Are you excited or nervous?
