Well it is November and the weight is looking pretty good! I am down 53lbs. I am working out 5to 6 times a week. Iam having my protein smoothie in the morning and having very small meals through out the day. Iam beganning to feel pretty good in my new body.Family and friends can not get over the the change.

My weight is back in motion, and the scale is looking a lot better. I guess the body was a justing to real food. More water, more protein and more work out. I droped from size 20 to 16. The 20th of Aug will be 2mos. Not bade.

I'm struggling too...I've lost almost 70 -80 but its a battle
I can't eat much at all and fruit sits the best for me.
I'm just happy I lose any anymore

It was 8 days out before i remove any stitches.

If you're following MD instructions om removing the sutures then that's great, but three days seems awfully soon to me. You usually don't have good wound closure until about a week out. Did the doc say three days then remove? That just seems to leave you unusually open for infection.
