Today, I had to make it through another day.
A hard day, not like yesterday…
This is a day I don’t want to face or go through.
Tummy grumbling,
thoughts racing,
taste buds quivering.
Is it me, my tummy or just a fantasy?
God help me.
Today I’m weary, I fall to my knees frustrated
‘cause I can’t get a hold of me.
In a panic, may need some Xanax
To face this day head on
Get a hold, get a grip,

Hi All,
Every day I tell myself not to get on the scale and just like a hard-head child I disobey my fair warning and get on it in-spite of being disappointed yesterday. This morning I'm back on the scale and it is back up to 213.4 I'm ready to pull my hair out because I think I'm doing everything right but the scale keeps screaming WRONG oh-so wrong!
